On the afternoon of March 14, 2018, the company organized a comprehensive inspection on the on-site management of stevia production of Jinta Branch. Peng Yingyong, the chief engineer and head of the production department, Guan Xinghua, the manager of Jinta Branch, Li Shijun, the deputy manager of Jinta Branch, Wei Yongquan, the deputy director of the office, Zhang Jun, the deputy director of the production plant, Pu Yuhai, the director on duty and other comrades attended the inspection.
Before the inspection, Peng Yingyong and Guan Xinghua respectively explained the purpose and importance of the inspection, and put forward requirements on how to do well in the inspection. Subsequently, the inspection team members carried out a one-to-one inspection from the peripheral work sites such as slag removal and ash melting, sewage treatment operation site, boiler operation site, etc. After inspecting the peripheral sites, the inspection team members entered the workshop and carried out a comprehensive inspection from front to back according to the production operation procedures. After the inspection, a summary meeting was held in the office of the manufacturer. The inspection team members reported the problems found in the inspection. After that, Peng Yingyong and Guan Xinghua put forward specific requirements on how to rectify the existing problems.
The problems found in this inspection mainly include the following aspects:
1. The lime slag is poured too loosely, and there are plastic bags, bottles and other garbage in the slag;
2. There are unused trays, oil drums and other sundries in the stevia leaf slag removal room, and the heater leaks;
3. Bagged lime and loose lime are not stacked neatly, and no dust-proof facilities are covered;
4. The ground in the ash room is in poor hygiene, with ponding;
5. There are garbage and sundries around the ash room, which are not cleaned up; There are sundries around the storage tank on the east wall;
6. Flocculants for sewage treatment are stacked in the open air without covering measures;
7. There are screw pumps and elbows beside the chimney of boiler 1;
8. The electric base of the blower of boiler 1 is loose and noisy, with potential safety hazards;
9. There are chain wheels, paint buckets, waste trays and other sundries around the dust remover behind the boiler room, which are in poor hygiene;
10. Desulfurization tower pipeline is not cleaned, and sanitation is poor;
11. The surface of the anaerobic tower is not scrubbed, and the sanitation is poor;
12. The cables in the screw stacking dehydration room are disordered;
13. The ground of the first and second floors of the boiler room, the deaerator and the hydration room are in poor hygiene, and there are many waste valves, pipes, mats and other debris and garbage; Several cartons stored in the laboratory have potential fire hazards; 13. No protective measures were taken for the cables outside the south wall of the 1 # boiler operation room, which led to potential safety hazards; 14. The north partition wall of the coal elevator has been deformed due to the extrusion of the coal pile, which has potential safety hazards; 15. There are expired promotional materials in the bulletin board of the power workshop that have not been cleared; 16. There is a pile of mud and debris in front of the transformer room; 17. Plastic pipes and trays are stacked in front of the material warehouse, affecting the plant capacity; 18. A temporary lighting lamp is hung in the warehouse door, and the wires are erected on the color board wall, which has the potential of abrasion and leakage; 19. The fan in the leaching section is broken, and there is a lot of dust in the blanking process; 19. The pipeline in the leaching post is not clean, and the window sill of the north wall of the plate frame is dusty; 20. The water from the cooling pipe of the filter pump flows directly on the ground; 21. There are hidden plastic buckets, plastic buckets and other sundries at the heating side of the west wall of the saline water storage tank; 22. Some valve pipes on the exchange column have sugar leakage; 23. The windowsill of the exchange column post is generally dusty and not cleaned in time; 24. The reflux recovery pipe and barrel in the distillation room are made of plastic, which do not meet the requirements; 25. There are plastic bottles, hand hammers, foam pads and other sundries on the ground of the spray drying section; 26. All monitors in the workshop have dust and need to be cleaned; 27. The worktops of individual posts in the workshop are placed disorderly; 28. The original label on the recycling bucket of some posts in the workshop was not removed, and the purpose identification was unclear, which did not meet the requirements.
Guan Xinghua pointed out that although there were many deficiencies in this inspection, there were still problems that had not been found. From these problems, we can see that some are old problems and some are temporary problems. We hope that we can draw inferences from one instance while correcting these problems in a timely manner to further self check and rectify problems. If the rectification is not complete and occurs again, the punishment shall be increased according to regulations; The site of the ash chamber, the site of the boiler room and the site of the jet tower cyclone are the key assessment objects this time. At the same time, the workshop is required to do a good job in the statistics and declaration of spare parts and accessories to ensure the safety of production and operation. He stressed that although there is a shortage of personnel at present, the safety work must be well handled and managed. Safety cannot be ignored because of the shortage of personnel.
